What are World Challenge expeditions?Our expeditions are bespoke 1 to 6 week adventures which teach life skills, stretch comfort zones and expand minds outside the classroom. Each expedition has been planned and developed to foster team and leadership skills and the pre-expedition programmes see young people involved in planning, fundraising and learning skills to use on the experience of a lifetime! |
What can you do on a World Challenge expedition?
Perhaps a better question would be; “What do you want do on a World Challenge expedition?!”. Anything is possible, whether it’s discovering Europe’s myths and legends; trekking in Iceland, the land of fire and ice; summiting peaks over 4000m; learning jungle survival skills in the heart of a South East Asian rainforest or volunteering in the communities of Africa. Just let us know what it is you want to achieve on an expedition and we’ll suggest a suitable itinerary. |
What can World Challenge do for me?Students who participate in a World Challenge expedition will embark on an amazing journey or self-discovery. The life skills learnt will not only aid personal growth, but can help secure university places and impress future employers. Our rigorous and inspirational expeditions allow participants to build strong friendships and gain confidence whilst having an amazing time! |
