"...Debbie Dack (my School Support Coordinator) is quite possibly the best link person I have ever dealt with from any company whilst I have been in teaching. There was seemingly nothing that I could ask Debbie that wouldn’t be met with either a cheery phone call, or prompt email response. Her efficiency knows no bounds, whatever the query; the answer was with me before I knew it. It is this level of service that sets World Challenge apart from other educational tour providers."

"I want to drop you this email to express my thanks for the support I received from you all over the past month whilst I was away.
This was my first exped and it was fantastic to know that you were at the other end of my sat phone for the month. Although there were no incidents during the trip, on the occasions when I had to contact you with admin matters the service I received was professional and friendly. I was particularly impressed with the support the team got on the last afternoon when our flights were delayed. Not only did you contact parents quickly to let them know the new transport arrangements, you were thoughtful enough to call back to let us know when all parents had been contacted. As you can appreciate, the team were very tired and anxious at this point, and your call put their minds at rest.
Thanks again and I hope that the summer is going well."

"The trip was amazing. Nicole came home very aware of many values including teamwork. It was a challenge but a life enhancing experience. The team was fantastic - her closest friend did become ill but this in itself allowed Nicole to develop further and I believe to convince her of her desire to become a doctor. We as parents felt totally confident in world challenge, the support service they had in place and the leaders. On behalf of Nicole, Thankyou."

"I can't begin to explain how amazing our expedition was. The sights, sounds and smells of India are something that will stick with us forever. The challenges our students faced and the skills they learnt meant we took away 18 teenagers and come back with 18 young adults. World challenge has given us the chance to experience a culture and country that many people never get the chance to - an awesome and unforgetable experience."

"Madagascar is an outstanding destination which offers a range of great opportunities for trekking. The project phase was beyond expectations, the opportunity to truly live in a community and experience rural Madagascar life was outstanding. We loved this expedition."
