Work as a Travel Instructor for World Challenge and combine your two favourite things - travel and teaching.Our Leaders and Assistants on expedition are Travel Instructors guiding young people on treks abroad where they learn about the environment, wildlife and life in the developing world. Participants will also push themselves to the limit, learn new skills and face challenges they’d never dreamed of.

Being a Travel Instructor is a responsible position. Students will be relying on you to be their leader and role model. World Challenge Travel Instructors need to bring out the best in people, teach life skills abroad and instil a sense of confidence to ensure that everyone achieves their full potential.
