The focus of the expeditions is to provide a challenging but secure learning environment for young people to develop life skills. This will involve Expedition Leaders maintaining safety whilst allowing students to make mistakes from which they can learn and develop. Our jobs for Expedition Leaders are suitable for well travelled individuals who have experience working with young people and have an understanding of group dynamics. Excellent communication skills are required, along with a mature and responsible outlook, and lots of patience. |
