Arrival in Croatia
Teams will fly into either Zagreb or Split where they will be met by private transport which will take them to their respective camps. They will commence their trekking and canoeing phases in one of Croatia's national parks the following day.

Main trekking phase on the Croatia expedition – Paklenica National Park
This park of outstanding natural beauty is situated where the Velebit Mountains meet the Adriatic Sea. Its dramatically formed karstic gorges and cliffs make it ideal for trekking with views extending across Croatia from the highest peaks. The team will take part in a number of day treks basing themselves at a mountain hut within the park.

Adriatic Coast and Inland
Croatia offers a number of spectacular rivers on which to canoe or raft, and teams will take part in a two day river journey on the Zrmanja and Krupa Rivers with its wild-west-like canyons. They will also have the opportunity to paddle on the Adriatic Sea, with its favourable conditions, in one of the mainland bays.
