Acclimatistation phase
Teams will have the option of acclimatising in either Cambodia or Laos. In Cambodia teams can trek on the fringes of the remote Ratonokiri National Park, whilst in Laos the mysteries of the jungle-clad Bolaven Plateau await.

Trekking phase
Main treks can take place in a remote northeastern jungle region of Cambodia or in southern Laos. In Laos the Bolaven Plateau is one option where teams can explore cascading waterfalls, verdant green jungles and lush forests. It is one of the principal growing regions for Lao coffee, as well as being home to a number of minority tribes.

Project phase
Teams have the rewarding opportunity to experience a different culture through community development schemes, and working in orphanages and schools in Cambodia - one of the world's poorest countries.

Acclimatisation phase
Teams will have the opportunity to relax in Si Phan Don in Laos, explore the 'Tomb Raider Temple' at Ta Prohm in Angkor, or perhaps even make it south to discover Cambodia's beautiful coastline.
